At dr bimix we are committed to guaranteeing maximum satisfaction for your pets with our products.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We know that dogs are often like people, and may not like a flavour or a snack. Already thousands of dogs have tried dr bimix products and our products are loved by the vast majority of dogs, but if you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can request a replacement for similar value or a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. This warranty applies exclusively to purchases made through the drbimix.com website. It is available only to the original end purchaser.
dr bimix reserves the right to verify information and request valid proof of purchase to confirm the legitimacy of any warranty claim. We reserve the right to refuse requests suspected of fraud or abuse of the 100 % satisfaction guarantee.
Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee (30 days)
At dr.bimix we want you to buy with complete peace of mind. That's why you have 30 days to request exchanges or refunds, and we also offer a Satisfaction Guarantee for your first purchase.
1) Returns (exchange or refund)
You can request a refund within 30 days after delivery if the product:
- is unopened and unused, y
- is returned with its original packaging and in good condition.
Available options
- Full refund to the same payment method, or
- Change for a product of similar value (if you prefer).
How to apply
Write to us at hello@drbimix.com indicating:
- Order number
- Product(s) to be returned
- Reason for return (in order to help you better)
If the return is approved, we will send you an free return label and instructions.
The refund is processed once the returned product has been received and verified.
2) Satisfaction Guarantee (30 days risk free trial)
If this is your first purchase in dr.bimix and your dog does not accept it or the product not what you expected, you have 30 days since delivery to request a solution.
What does the guarantee include?
- Change for another product of similar value, or
- In-store credit for the amount of the covered product, up to a maximum of 25€.
What we need to process it (quickly and fairly)
Write to us at hello@drbimix.com indicating that you want to request an exchange for another product or a refund together with:
- Order number
- A brief explanation of why you are dissatisfied
- 2 photographs:
- of the product (and the remaining content, if applicable)
- from lot/expiration/label of the packaging
Limits and conditions (to protect all clients)
The Satisfaction Guarantee:
- is valid for the first purchase only of the customer at dr.bimix
- is limited to 1 application per client/household every 12 months
- applies at most to 1 unit per product (SKU)
- covers up to a maximum of 25€ on request
- does not apply to packs, lots, multi-unit, clearance products, gift cards nor to purchases after the deadline
In certain cases (e.g. unusual orders or repeated occurrences) we can request the physical return free of charge of the product before issuing the credit.
3) Purchases made on Amazon
If you have purchased a dr.bimix product at Amazon, The return management is carried out in accordance with the Amazon return policy.
4) General conditions and prevention of misuse
This policy is designed to provide a barrier-free shopping experience with guarantees. To prevent misuse:
- the policy applies only to the original end buyer
- we reserve the right to verify the application and reject returns or warranty claims where there is prima facie evidence of fraud or abuse (e.g. repeated requests, inconsistencies, systematic returns)
Upon receipt of your email, we will respond within 72 working hours (excluding public holidays) to confirm whether your request is approved or declined. If your refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 5-7 working days. If your return is approved, you will receive a pre-paid return label to return the item(s) and the refund will be issued as soon as we receive the product.

How long does reimbursement take?
Once we receive and verify the returned product (if applicable), we will process the refund to the same payment method within 5-7 business days.
How does in-store credit work?
We issue a credit for the amount covered (up to 25€) to use in a later purchase at dr.bimix.com
What does “1 application per household” mean?
To protect the Satisfaction Guarantee, we limit it by common purchase data (address, telephone, payment method). If you have a special case, please write to us and we will review it.
What is the difference between a return and a Satisfaction Guarantee?
Standard returns apply to unopened and unused products, and allow for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Normally in cases of order or shipping error.
The Satisfaction Guarantee, a risk-free trial is designed for your first purchase and does cover opened products if your dog does not accept them, offering exchange or shop credit up to €25, subject to conditions.
