Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may request a replacement of comparable value or a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. This guarantee is applicable exclusively to purchases made through our Amazon Store or directly from the Dr. BIMIX website. It is available solely to the original end-user purchaser.

Dr. BIMIX reserves the right to verify information and request valid proof of purchase to confirm the legitimacy of any guarantee request. We retain the discretion to decline requests suspected of fraud or abuse of the 100% satisfaction guarantee.

 

Important Considerations

  • Promotional Codes: Refunds will not be provided for orders where promotional codes were not applied during checkout. Please ensure all promo codes are entered correctly at the time of purchase, as retroactive adjustments or refunds for missed discounts are not available.
  • Credit Card Changes: If you request a refund but have since changed your credit card, we can only issue a store credit as a refund to a new credit card is not feasible.
  • Ineligible Items: Gift cards, products on final sale, and items after 30 days from purchase are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return.
  • Order Changes: Once an order is processed, changes may not be possible before shipment. Notify us of any potential mistakes as soon as possible, and we will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Requesting an Exchange, Refund, or Return

To request an exchange, refund, or return, please email CustomerService@drbimix.com with your order number and the reason for your request. For exchanges, specify the comparably priced product you wish to receive.

Upon receipt of your email, we will respond within 48 business hours (excluding holidays) to confirm whether your request is approved or denied. If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 5-7 business days. If a return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label to send the item(s) back.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and fully sealed.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within 5-7 business days, please check your bank account again. If it still does not appear, contact your bank directly as there may be processing delays.
