At dr.bimix we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered quickly and safely. We operate from Spain and ship to several European countries. Due to manual processing, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please find detailed information about our shipping policies below.
Delivery times and costs
Sending Peninsula and Portugal
Standard delivery: 2-3 working days
Cost: 3,90 € for orders under 40 €, free for orders over 40 €.
Email Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Standard delivery: 2-3 working days
Cost: 19,40 € for orders up to 2kg weight.
Sending to the European Union
Standard delivery: 3-5 working days
Cost: 14,99 € for orders under 100 €, free for orders over 100 €.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the specific destination within Europe. We endeavour to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but manual handling may occasionally cause slight delays.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days of receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification when your order has been dispatched. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking number within the specified processing time, please contact our customer service team at hello@drbimix.com.
Shipping restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery areas: We currently only ship to the European Union. Please check back for updated information as we expand our delivery destinations.
Delayed or lost orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to resolve any problems and ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.
Customs and international tariffs
